This is a confirmed problem with Microsoft Windows system files, and not with Abby Rating Systems software. We have researched it and found step by step instructions to fix this problem.

PLEASE NOTE: This problem is most commonly caused by a COMPUTER VIRUS (possibly TrojanDownloader.Win32.Dia.a) on the system. You should take steps to make sure that your system is clean of any viruses

We have located some articles on the internet where users found the virus causing this issue.
If the virus is not cleaned off the system, the problem may persist even after you have fixed the files, because the virus may destroy them again.
