Effective January 1, 2007, Simpla-Fax Inc. & Simplified Insurance Rates was
acquired by Abby Rating Systems, Inc. (www.abbyrating.com) in the states of
New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
Abby Rating Systems has been a leader in assigned risk rating since 1983.
Their software programs include rating for both personal auto and commercial
auto. Their customer service is excellent.
In addition to receiving Abby’s rating software upon the expiration of your
Simpla-Fax/Simplified subscription, you will have access to Abby’s on-line
systems which allow you to manage your account, place orders and download
updated vehicle symbols through their website.
Approximately 30 days before the expiration of your current Simpla-Fax/ Simplified
subscription, you will receive a renewal invoice for maintenance from Abby Rating Systems.
Abby’s subscription fees are outlined below, and are comparable to those which you have
been paying. Upon payment of your renewal to Abby, you will be provided with a new CD
containing Abby’s rating programs.

Abby Rating Systems Maintenance Fees:
$15 monthly, payable quarterly in advance ($45) OR
$80 for 6 months (a $10 discount) OR
$155 for 12 months (a $25 discount)
All maintenance fees are subject to a 3% Royalty Fee.
Sales within the State of New Jersey are also subject to 7% NJ Sales Tax.
YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED BY ABBY UNTIL YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES.
